Namaste 🙏 Welcome to Astro Kripa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules for using astrokripa.in (the "Website") and buying from us. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and our [Refund & Return Policy] and [Shipping Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and is published in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. It does not need a physical or digital signature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with a parent or guardian, who will be responsible for the order.

3. Our products

We sell spiritual products such as Rudraksha, Karungali, energy stones, yantras, idols and spiritual jewellery. Please understand the following before you buy:

  • Natural materials vary. Rudraksha beads, Karungali (ebony) wood and stones are natural. Colour, grain, shade, size, shape, faces (mukhi) and weight can differ slightly from the photos. This is not a defect.
  • Photos and sizes. Images are for reference and may look different on different screens. Sizes and weights are approximate.
  • Plated jewellery. Gold-plated, silver-plated and copper-plated items are plated, not solid metal. Plating can fade over time with sweat, perfume, water and rubbing. Please follow the care instructions on the product page.
  • Certificates. Where we mention a certificate or certification for a product, it applies only to the product and details stated on that product page. [Add certificate details / issuing body if applicable.]
  • Energisation. Where a product is described as energised or blessed (abhimantrit), this is a traditional ritual performed according to faith and does not change the physical product.

Descriptions of benefits, such as peace, protection, prosperity, focus or balance, are based on traditional beliefs, scriptures and faith. They are shared for spiritual and cultural purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular result, and our products and content are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for health or other serious concerns.

5. Pricing, offers and availability

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and [include / exclude] applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • Prices, discounts and product availability can change without notice. Items shown as "Out of Stock" cannot be ordered.
  • If a price or description is wrong because of a technical or typing error, we may correct it, contact you, and cancel the affected order with a full refund.

5A. Orders and payment

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm it by sending an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We may accept or decline an order.
  • We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment fails, the price is wrong, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount.
  • Payments are handled by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or banking passwords. [Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders / pincodes and may carry a fee shown at checkout.]
  • Please give a complete and correct name, address, PIN code and mobile number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details.
  • Bulk or repeated orders that appear to be for resale may be limited or declined.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India through courier partners. Delivery timelines shown on the Website are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, festivals, local restrictions or courier delays. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. For full details, see our [Shipping Policy].

Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. It helps us resolve damage or missing-item claims quickly.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery at info@astrokripa.in or +91 93191 54115 with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our [Refund & Return Policy].

Returns are generally not accepted for: changes of mind, natural variation in colour, grain or size, products that have been worn, used or altered, and customised or personally energised items. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [5–7] working days after we receive and check the item. [Cashback already credited on a returned order may be reversed.]

8. Reviews, messages and content you share

If you post a review, photo or message, you confirm it is true, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. You allow us to display and use it on our Website and social media to promote our products, without payment. We may remove content that is abusive, false, or unlawful.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to hack, disrupt or overload it; use bots or scrapers; place fake or fraudulent orders; misuse offers or coupons; or copy our content, images or brand for commercial use without our written permission.

10. Intellectual property

The Astro Kripa name, logo, product photos, text, videos and design are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or sell them without our written consent. Brand names of third parties belong to their owners.

11. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to or depend on third-party services (payment gateways, couriers, social media). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Kripa will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate and hold harmless Astro Kripa from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, courts at [City, e.g. Delhi], India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
