Astro Kripa , we are based in Delhi, India. We sell spiritual products such as Rudraksha, Karungali, energy stones, yantras, idols and spiritual jewellery.

  • Order details (products, quantity, amount, order history)

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We may send you offers by email, SMS or WhatsApp only if you have subscribed or agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in our emails, by replying STOP, or by writing to info@astrokripa.in. Order-related messages (confirmation, shipping, delivery) will still be sent as they are necessary to complete your purchase.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy – for example, to complete your order, handle returns and complaints, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (generally up to [3–8] years for order and invoice records). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Our Website uses SSL/HTTPS encryption, and our store is hosted on Shopify's secure platform. Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. Please keep your own account details and OTPs confidential.

As per applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

  • Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information (except where we must keep it by law)
